Tiffany Reyes currently serves as an Operations Optimization Coordinator at EBG, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional automation projects that improve call center agent efficiency and co-developing robotic process automation initiatives that reduce repetitive tasks by 20%. Prior experience includes roles as a Ticket Processing & Support Coordinator at EBG, a participant in the Disney College Program at The Walt Disney Company, and various positions at Wyndham Destinations and Walt Disney World focused on customer service and brand representation.
