Irma Livadic

Irma Livadic La Madrid is a highly skilled program director and manager with extensive experience in advancing diversity in the entertainment industry. At the Entertainment Industry Foundation since September 2020, Irma leads initiatives aimed at creating a diverse talent pipeline into film and television, strengthening partnerships with various stakeholders. Previously, Irma served as the Evolve Entertainment Fund Coordinator at the Mayor's Fund for Los Angeles, where significant achievements included securing over 250 paid internships for underrepresented youth. Irma's background also includes roles focusing on education policy and public communications, emphasizing advocacy and program development, complemented by a Master of Public Policy from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
