VP Engineering at Entertainment Partners

Robert Powers has a strong background in engineering and software development. Robert began their career at Mathsoft, where they worked as an Engineer on Mathcad software. Robert then moved on to Lotus Development as an Engineer before joining Restaurant Management and Control Systems as a Software Engineer. Robert later became a Lead Software Developer at Registry Systems Corp. In 2000, they worked as a Consultant and Senior Software Engineer at both Prudential Securities and Deutsche Bank. Powers then joined Clever Machine in 2003 as the Director of Engineering, where they led the development and launch of Scenechronize, a cloud-based SaaS application for the entertainment industry. In 2012, they became the VP of Engineering at Ease Entertainment Services, LLC, where they continued to oversee the development of Scenechronize until the company was acquired by Entertainment Partners in 2015. Since then, Powers has served as the VP of Engineering at Entertainment Partners, leading development teams across multiple locations and managing various production lines of business.

From 1990 to 1994, Robert Powers pursued their undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During this period, they obtained an S.B. degree in Earth Atmospheric and Planetary Science.
