Brenda Rodriguez

Brenda Rodriguez is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in entertainment journalism. Currently serving as the News Director and Senior News Producer at Entertainment Tonight since September 2016, Brenda has been recognized as a Daytime Emmy winner for contributions to the highest-rated entertainment news program in the nation, overseeing teams in both New York and Los Angeles. Prior to this role, Brenda was the Arts and Entertainment Editor at the Los Angeles Times, managing a large team to cover breaking news and trends in the entertainment industry. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Editor at Whalerock Industries and a Deputy Editor at PEOPLE Magazine. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Texas-Pan American.
