Connor H.

Connor H. serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at LEER Group, overseeing support for 1,300 independent dealers and leading approximately 900 team members in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality for truck cap and tonneau cover products. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Operations at Latham, The Pool Company, where Connor managed a 700-person team within the largest fiberglass pool manufacturer globally. Previous positions at GE include HRSG Business Leader, where Connor was responsible for a $800 million business, and roles such as Interim Gas Power Systems FP&A Manager and Executive Integration Leader. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at GE Power Systems Korea and Cerrey SA de CV, along with engineering positions at PacifiCorp and Holcim, and research assistance at the University of Michigan. Connor holds an EMBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
