Vinti Maheshwari

Vinti Maheshwari has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2006, Vinti Maheshwari worked as a Project Associate in the Aerospace Engineering Department and a Summer Internship in Heat and Mass Transfer Lab at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. In 2007, Vinti Maheshwari worked as an Assistant Manager at Scooters India Limited, where they were responsible for the re-designing of various parts of the machine assembly in AutoCAD for implementing the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) system in the shop floor. In 2008, Vinti Maheshwari worked as a Project Manager at Tata Motors, where they were responsible for inventory cost reduction through MASOP Components, budgeting, and vehicle cost monitoring and benchmarking. In 2014, Vinti Maheshwari worked as a Java Lab Instructor and Teaching Assistant, as well as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at San Francisco Bay University, where they graded student homework and supported over 160 students. From 2015 to 2020, Vinti Maheshwari worked at Juniper Networks as a Senior Software Developer and a Software Engineer, where they worked in the area of DevOps, CI/CD, Python & Ruby on Rails based JavaScript solutions and used various programming languages and tools used to deliver projects and services. Finally, in 2020, Vinti Maheshwari co-founded and became the COO of EnthuZiastic, an organization that is about stoking the enthuziasm's hidden beneath everybody and solving common problems together through the power of communities and self help groups.

Vinti Maheshwari obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University between 2003 and 2007. Vinti then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Computer Science from San Francisco Bay University between 2013 and 2014.
