Sanchita Peter

Sanchita Peter has a strong background in recruitment, currently serving as Team Lead- Recruitment and previously holding positions as Senior Associate- Recruitment and Recruitment Associate at Entigrity since September 2022. At Entigrity, a prominent offshore hiring firm specializing in CPA and accounting services, Sanchita plays a crucial role in assisting small and mid-sized accounting firms with qualified offshore staffing. Prior to this, Sanchita worked at TTEC from July 2019 to August 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities included recruiting top talent through an in-house ATS, vendor partnerships, and employee referrals. Sanchita also held the role of Chat Sales Associate at TTEC, a global customer experience company.
