Josh Bernstein has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2023. Josh began their career at Best Buy as a Personal Computer/Home Office Sales representative, where they excelled in customer service and organizational skills. Following this, they worked at Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent, troubleshooting and problem-solving customers' personal and small business systems.

Josh then joined Network Thinking Solutions, Inc. as a Consultant, where they assisted with hardware and software solutions, monitored client computer and network infrastructure, and developed diagnostic tools. After that, they joined ASGN Incorporated as a Technical Support Administrator, providing first-call technical support, researching ways to improve employee productivity, and managing Windows 7 upgrade projects. Josh later became a System Administrator at ASGN Incorporated, maintaining server backups, managing user endpoint security, and deploying centralized printer management solutions.
