Sharon Sandhu is a seasoned marketing and commercial leader with extensive experience in the beauty and professional haircare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of UK Commercial & Marketing at Nail Alliance since August 2022, Sharon has previously held significant positions including Marketing & Commercial Planning Director at CES Ltd, and Commercial And Marketing Director at PANDDA. Prior roles also include expertise as a Senior Category Manager for Nails at Sally Europe and managing diverse categories at Sally Salon Services. With a strong background in category marketing, product development, and business growth, Sharon has effectively developed and launched innovative products while nurturing supplier relationships to enhance sales and margins.
