William Bisset

William Bisset has a wealth of experience in the pet food industry. William began their career in 2007 as a Field Officer at Adelaide Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. In 2011, they became a Sales Assistant at Pets Corner, where they received training in pet nutrition, welfare, healthcare and behaviour. In 2012, they interned at Bio-consult, where they collected field data and proof read scientific papers. In 2013, they returned to Pets Corner as Head of Nutrition and Warehouse Manager. In 2017, they became Head of Nutrition at Petfamily. From 2019-2020, they were Managing Director and Sales and Innovation Director at Yora Pet Foods. In 2021, they are currently Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Manager at Entocycle and Commercial Director at BioMar.

William Bisset attended The Petersfield School from 2000 to 2005. William then went on to study at the University of Exeter where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a focus on Marine Biology, Zoology and Animal Physiology, graduating in 2011. In 2019, they joined the American Museum of Natural History: Education Department to study Ecosystem Dynamics and Conservation. William is currently enrolled in an online program at the University of Edinburgh, studying Animal Behavior and Ethology. William also holds certifications in AMTRA SQP and QA Level 2 Emergency First Aid At Work(QCF) from QUALSAFE LIMITED.
