Neil Josephson

Neil Josephson has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical development and hematology. Neil is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Iambic Therapeutics since 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Zymeworks Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Neil also served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Clinical Research at Zymeworks Inc. from 2020 to 2021 and 2019 to 2020, respectively. Before joining Zymeworks Inc., Neil worked at Seattle Genetics where they held various positions including Vice President of Clinical Development, Executive Medical Director, Senior Medical Director, and Medical Director from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they held academic positions at the University of Washington as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology from 2010 to 2013 and 2003 to 2010, respectively.

Neil Josephson has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Columbia University and an AB degree from Dartmouth College.
