James Afara

James Afara, P.Eng, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and quality assurance within the cannabis and food industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Entourage Health since November 2021, James has previously held senior roles including Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance, Strategic Sourcing & Cultivation, and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing. Prior to this, James was Chief Operating Officer at CannTx Life Sciences Inc. and held multiple leadership positions at SteriPro Canada and Maple Leaf Foods Inc., demonstrating a strong background in operations management and strategic sourcing. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Biochemical Chemical Engineering from Western University, earned from 2003 to 2006.
