Kristina Koch

Kristina Koch is an HR Operations Manager at Entourage since June 2024, previously serving as People & Recruiting Manager at Tacto from November 2023 to May 2024, where focus was on building sustainable supply chains for industrial SMEs. Prior to that, Kristina held the positions of People and Culture Manager and Werkstudent HR at 2trde from April 2021 to November 2023 and worked as a Werkstudent in the HR field at klarx from January 2020 to March 2021, contributing to the digitalization of the rental process for construction equipment. Kristina holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius (2014-2017).
