Erin Janklow is an entrepreneur with a diverse range of work experience. Erin founded Entrada: Employer Sponsored Learning in 2016, where they serve as the Founder and CEO. At Entrada, they address communication challenges in the service industry through on-the-job English training, aiming to empower confidence, connect teams, and improve customer satisfaction.

In 2020, Erin became a member of the inaugural cohort of Supermajority, where they hold the position of Supermajority Majority Leader. Notably, they received recognition for their work on the international launch of the TripAdvisor GreenLeaders program, which received the World Trade & Tourism Council's "Tourism for Tomorrow" Innovation Award.

Before joining TripAdvisor, Erin served as the Executive Vice President of the Graduate Student Council at Babson College in 2013. In this role, they designed and managed a communication prototype, organized and hosted a variety show, and implemented a successful social media campaign for brand awareness.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Development Consultant at Sodexo, providing an LMS solution to aid in child development, and teaching English as a Second Language in Rome, Italy. Erin also served as a Co-Director for the summer camp at Alphabet School and worked as a Special Event Liaison and Translator at IF Lifestyle Management.

Erin Janklow, an entrepreneur and MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2012 to 2014 at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. During their time at Babson, they specialized in Global Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, Erin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Northwestern University, where they studied Comparative Ancient History, Psychology, and Italian. Furthermore, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2007, focusing on Italian Studies.

In addition to their academic background, Erin Janklow has obtained certifications to enhance their skill set. Erin became a Soul Body Fusion® Teacher Trainer from the Center For Creative Consciousness, LLC in June 2020. Moreover, they received a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) from Accademia Britannica - International House Manzoni in July 2010.
