Chris Woods

Chris Woods is the Founder and Managing Director of Entrada Recruitment Group, established in January 2020, leading the agency to a team of 10 and securing contracts with the NHS and various Local Authorities. Prior to that, Chris managed the Medical Team at Hojona Ltd, developing client and candidate onboarding processes. Chris's experience also includes multiple roles at Sugarman Medical and Mind, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Manager of Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy. Earlier career roles at Sainsbury's included Retail Profiler and Department Manager, providing operational support across multiple locations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Computing & Systems from Anglia Ruskin University, along with qualifications in Accounts and Information Technology from Colchester Institute.
