Gina Guglielmi

Gina Guglielmi has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, spanning several different companies and industries. Gina currently works as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Entrada Therapeutics, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Gina worked at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from September 2020 to April 2023, and at Flagship Pioneering as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from July 2019 to September 2020. Before transitioning to talent acquisition, Gina worked as a Senior Clinical Recruiter at Gemini Staffing Consultants, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2019, and as a Clinical Recruiter from April 2017 to January 2019. Gina Guglielmi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Psychology from Northeastern University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in February 2021.
