Jared Cohen

Prior to Entrada, Dr. Cohen was Vice President of Legal Affairs at Repertoire Immune Medicines (formerly Cogen Therapeutics/Cogen Immune Medicine). There, he designed and led all facets of the legal, compliance and intellectual property functions for the organization, including the transition through Series B, subsidiary acquisition and corporate merger.

Prior to Repertoire, Dr. Cohen held a variety of legal roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space, including Alexion Pharmaceuticals; The Jackson Laboratory; MedImmune/AstraZeneca; Human Genome Sciences; and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner.

Dr. Cohen holds degrees from Duke University (BS) in Biology, Cornell University (PhD) in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cell Biology, and Cornell Law School (JD).
