Chanel Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chanel began their career in 2002 as a Child Care Assistant, Webmaster, and Newsletter Editor at Waltrip High School - Child Development Lab. In 2007, they joined Baylor University as a Lab Instructor. Later that year, they transitioned to the Houston Housing Authority as a Programmer/Analyst, a role they held until 2013. Finally, Chanel worked at Entrance as a Jr. Software Consultant, starting in 2013.

Chanel Williams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Baylor University, from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Waltrip High School, where their field of study is unspecified. In addition to their formal education, Chanel Williams attained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2023.
