Dallas Doane is an experienced professional in product education and client success, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Education at Entrata since December 2022, enhancing client enablement and property efficiency. Previously, Dallas held positions as Director and Manager of Professional Services at Entrata, leading teams to ensure successful data migrations and customer readiness in property management. At Awardco, Dallas managed a Client Success team focused on revenue retention and client satisfaction. Additional experience includes training roles at the Missionary Training Center and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where Dallas developed effective training programs and led diverse teams. Dallas holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in Family Systems from the same institution.
