Tim Greenfield

Tim Greenfield is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer of Rent Dynamics at Entrata since July 2023, Tim previously held the same title at Rent Dynamics from September 2019 to July 2023, where leadership spanned multiple roles including Director and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a Managing Consultant position at Increate Software LLC and significant roles at Jeppesen, such as Manager of Software Engineering, where the focus was on mobile products and integrated solutions for Boeing. Tim also contributed to Tiare Technology as Director of Technology and held various engineering positions throughout their career. Tim holds an MBA in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
