Clay Young

Clay Young's work experience includes serving as a Sales Manager at ENTRE Institute since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Coaching and Speaker for The John Maxwell Team starting in November 2021. Clay also owned their own business, C & C Culture, from December 2020 onwards. Clay Young has experience in Sales Management Consulting at IO Consortium from July 2020 to February 2023. Clay served as the National Director of Leadership Development at S.A.F. Guarding from December 2018 to February 2023, and as a District Manager at Lifeguards of Texas/S.A.F Guarding from April 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, Clay Young has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at PhatBurn® from 2015 to 2016, and as a Personal Trainer - Tier 3 at Equinox from December 2014 to 2016. Clay also held Aquatics Director positions at Dripping Springs High School and YMCA of Austin from 2012 to 2014.

Clay Young's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Virginia Union University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General, until 1998. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 1998, Clay Young enrolled in SUNY Westchester Community College and completed an Associate's degree in Accounting by 2000.

In 2013, Clay Young attended the Academy of Personal Training and earned a NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) qualification. This certification showcased their expertise in personal training.

Apart from their formal education, Clay Young has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2021, they became a John Maxwell Certified Coach through The John Maxwell Team. Additionally, in June 2022, they obtained certification as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Safety Instructor. It is worth noting that Clay Young also holds a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
