Bob Hughes

Bob Hughes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Deltek, Bob also holds board positions with the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Higher Logic. Prior to this, Bob was the Chief Customer and Strategy Officer at both UKG and Kronos Incorporated, where significant contributions were made to customer relations and strategic initiatives. Bob has a robust background in corporate development and strategy as Vice President at Kronos. Educationally, Bob holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
