Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC)
Pallabi Saboo is the Executive Chair and Founder of Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, a role held since April 2006. Currently, Pallabi serves as a Commissioner for the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority and holds several leadership positions, including Officer at the HBS Club of Washington DC and strategic advisory roles with the Northern Virginia Technology Council and TiE DC. Pallabi's board memberships extend to the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and the Army Science Board, where advice is provided to high-level defense officials. Additionally, Pallabi is a member of the Board of Trustees at George Mason University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, along with a Master’s in Marketing from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab University.

The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) is the trade association representing the Northern Virginia technology community.
