Aaron Joyce

Aaron Joyce is an experienced technology entrepreneur and software engineer. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at Entrepreneur First since March 2024, Aaron previously co-founded and led Traitly, a venture-backed talent platform focused on personalized talent discovery and engagement, from January 2020 until its acquisition in March 2024. Before that, Aaron contributed to evaluating and developing start-up concepts at Startup Concepts from July 2017 to January 2020 and worked as a software engineer at eDesk from May 2015 to September 2017, when the company was still a small team. Aaron also founded Kitchen Cookware, an Irish e-commerce store, where responsibilities included developing the online store and managing marketing efforts from July 2010 to February 2015. Educationally, Aaron holds a BA (Mod) in Integrated Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, earned between 2013 and 2017.
