Laz Kopits is the founder of Proximal Robotics, established in November 2023, with a mission to create the dataset for future robotics. Currently participating as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First since September 2023, Laz has previous experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Tesla from May 2022 to August 2022 and at Matician from June 2021 to August 2021. Laz Kopits earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Yale University, completing studies in 2023.
