Janie Moore's work experience includes a range of roles in various organizations.

From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Program Assistant at the State of Colorado - Center for Improving Value in Health Care, where they coordinated legislative implementation and assisted in project management and policy analysis.

From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Program Coordinator at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care, leading the transition of the program into a standalone organization.

In 2012, they worked as a Communications & Development Associate at Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School & Camp, developing communication and marketing plans for the organization.

From 2013 to 2015, Janie was the Community Partnerships Coordinator at Northwest Colorado Health, where they led coordination, grant management, and research for community and regional partnership initiatives.

In 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director of Business Development at Northwest Colorado Health, providing support and leadership in developing new business opportunities across the agency.

From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Development Manager at the Great Lakes Aquarium.

In 2018 to 2023, Janie held multiple positions at the Entrepreneur Fund, including Grant Manager, Development Manager, and Director of Development & Communications. In their current role as Director of Impact & Strategic Initiatives, they lead impact measurement and management strategies, improves data systems and software tools, and tackles strategic initiatives that expand the organization's impact.

Janie Moore completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication - Rhetorical Studies from Colorado State University in 2007. Janie then pursued further education and obtained a Master's of Public Policy degree from the University of Denver between 2007 and 2009, focusing on Public Policy as their field of study.
