Jacinta W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Founder and President of Leveraging Horizons since December 2022, Jacinta is also a Global Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Intel Corporation, a role held since January 2022. Additionally, Jacinta facilitates Certified Ice House Entrepreneurial Programs through The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative. Past leadership positions include Regional Director at the Women's Business Development Center in St. Louis and various roles at Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis. Jacinta's academic background includes a Master's degree in Management & Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron, complemented by participation in several fellowships and leadership programs.
