Joe Rice is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in IT sourcing advisory and customer service industries. Currently serving as CEO of CXponent since February 2021, Joe leads initiatives to streamline technology purchasing decisions for mid-market companies. Joe is also an active Board Member of the Midwest Contact Center Association and a member of the EO Chicago Chapter. Previously, Joe co-founded ACLIVITI, managing significant IT expenditures and strategic partnerships, and held roles at AVANT Communications and CenturyLink, focusing on innovative communications solutions. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with further studies in entrepreneurial leadership and technology.
