Amy Castronova

Amy Castronova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business coaching. Currently serving as President of Leadership Alchemy since January 2023, Amy focuses on helping leaders achieve business growth through innovative coaching and training. As Chapter Chair and Facilitator for the Women Presidents Organization since April 2022, Amy fosters a community of female executives. In addition, Amy has been a certified trainer and facilitator with the Entrepreneurs Organization since 2016, enhancing the entrepreneurial experience for members globally. Amy holds positions on the Board of Trustees at Clarkson University and previously served as Vice President at Orbis Technologies and President of Novatek Communications. With a robust educational background that includes a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Amy is well-equipped to drive success across various initiatives.
