Don Novak

Don Novak is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. As Co-Founder and CEO of Trade Craft Cannabis Consulting since November 2018, Don leads efforts to provide comprehensive consulting services for cannabis businesses. In parallel, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RMZ, LLC, Don oversees the production and promotion of premier cannabis brands, including ioVia and Joyibles, targeting health-conscious customers across multiple states. Don also contributes to the community as Co-Founder and President of the Bluebird Business Improvement District and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Additionally, Don founded Propaganda Labs and previously co-owned GroundSwell Cannabis Boutique, enhancing the cannabis retail experience in Colorado. Don holds a degree from Arizona State University, earned between 1990 and 1997.
