🧑 Florian Dyballa

Florian Dyballa is the CEO and Founder of Aivy since January 2020, focusing on talent recognition solutions. Additionally, Florian holds a position with the Entrepreneurs' Organization as an EO Accelerator since January 2021 and participated as a start-up in AI NATION from April to September 2022. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding abilife.de®, an organization and sponsorship platform for engaging high school graduates, from March 2010 to October 2017, which was successfully exited. Academic credentials include an Executive Entrepreneurship Certificate from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, and studies at Leuphana University of Lüneburg and Freie Universität Berlin, culminating in a degree in PROFUND Innovation. Previous experience also includes a scholarship role at Otto Group from 2012 to 2013.
