Kwame Kuadey

Kwame Kuadey is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Pioneer Branding since January 2023, where the focus is on building profitable personal brands for entrepreneurs and executives. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Kuadey has been an Area Director for the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) since 2014, contributing to the growth of local entrepreneurs and serving in various capacities including President of EO Baltimore. Additionally, Kuadey is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and continues to drive local business success through Thrive Company, founded in 2018. Previous achievements include founding GiftCardRescue.com, which gained visibility on ABC's Shark Tank, and holding several management positions at Citigroup. Kwame Kuadey holds an MBA in Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
