Harman Kochar

Harman Kochar is an experienced operating partner and lead mentor at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator since 2014. Previously, Harman served as GM and VP of Revenue for Real Estate and VP of Product for Mortgage and Data Science at OJO Labs, achieving significant revenue growth in the mortgage sector. Harman held leadership roles in product management at Walmart eCommerce, overseeing teams responsible for substantial revenue generation while developing advanced AI and ML solutions. As founder and CEO of RetSKU, Harman successfully raised over $1M and built a data science-powered analytics platform. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Kleverbeast, advising clients at Boston Consulting Group, and holding senior positions at Patni Computer Systems, Cymbal Corporation, Talkway Communications, and Alekhya Technologies. Harman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BE in Computer Science from Gujarat University.
