Srijan Kumar

Srijan Kumar is currently a Research Intern at The University of Tokyo, focusing on climate policy as part of UTSIP'24. At IIT Kanpur, Srijan serves as the Finance Convener of the Students' Senate, managing financial audits for the Gymkhana budget, and as a Senator representing over 1200 students in decision-making processes. Other leadership roles include Head and Organizer for UDGHOSH, Senior Guide in the Counselling Service, Leader in the Games and Sports Council, and Secretary for several organizations, including Antaragni, the Entrepreneurship Cell, esports, Unmukt, and the Public Policy and Opinion Cell. Srijan is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, complemented by a minor in Sustainable Energy Engineering at IIT Kanpur, with an educational background that includes studies at Saint John's Senior Secondary School.
