Christopher P. Hooper

Christopher P. Hooper, CFA, ICD.D, is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Entropy Inc., with a prior role as Vice President of Capital Markets. With extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, Chris has been Chair of the Board of Directors at Connaught Oil & Gas Ltd., a Calgary-based exploration and production company, and has held significant leadership positions in Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation as Chief Investment Officer. Chris has also contributed to private equity as Managing Director at Azimuth Capital Management and has served on multiple boards, including as Chair of the Audit Committee for various energy companies. Educational qualifications include a BComm in Finance from the University of Alberta and completion of the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management.
