As of September 2024, Nithya serves as Associate Vice President at Entrust Family Office, following a tenure as Manager in the Chairman's Office at Ninestars Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from December 2022 to October 2024. Previous positions include Executive Administrative Assistant at State Street and Senior Executive Assistant at Quess Corp Limited, along with roles as Executive Secretary at Biodiversity Conservation and DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. Nithya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University and a Diploma in Commercial Practice from Kiet Polytechnic.
