Bill Walsh serves as the Chief Metallurgist at EN Engineering, a position held since May 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Program Leader in Applications and Solutions for Plates, Energy and Infrastructure Products within Global R&D at ArcelorMittal from September 2013 to May 2020, where significant advancements in steel for pipeline and energy applications were achieved. From January 2007 to September 2013, Bill led a metallurgical team at EN Engineering, managing various client services related to pipe specifications and quality assurance. A diverse background includes project management and engineering roles at Rexam Beverage Can, Snap On Tools, Kinder Morgan, and Battelle. Bill holds a PhD in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University and an MS in Metallurgical Engineering along with a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
