Katie Tedson

Katie Tedson has over a decade of experience in human resources and employee engagement, prominently serving as Director of Employee Experience at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota from May 2016 to October 2020. In this role, Katie optimized the employee experience encompassing recruitment to offboarding, significantly enhancing engagement, retention, and managerial success through strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Katie held various positions at CLUES, including Human Resources Generalist & Volunteer Program Manager and Lead Employment Trainer, showcasing a diverse skill set in talent acquisition and program management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
