Christina (Tina) Tamondong currently serves as a Denver City Advisory Board Member for Entryway, a national organization focused on assisting individuals experiencing homelessness by providing employment and housing opportunities through partnerships with the real estate industry. With extensive experience in human resources, Tina has been with Simpson Housing LLLP / Simpson Property Group LLC since November 2004, progressing through various leadership roles including Senior Vice President - People Services. Prior experience includes positions at Time Warner Telecom as a Senior HR Consultant, where Tina managed employee relations for over 500 employees across 22 cities, and at eCollege as an HR Coordinator. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, awarded in 1998.

Entryway
Entryway is a national 501(c)3 organization providing employment and housing opportunities to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness by engaging real estate/property management leaders and encouraging action within their communities. We work directly in local communities to identify and provide pre-screened, vetted job candidates that match the employment criteria that our Property Management Partners are looking for. The result is an innovative program that provides mentorship for careers in property management, along with full-time employment and housing opportunities for formerly homeless individuals. We assist veterans, domestic violence survivors and other deserving individuals transition from the challenge of being homeless to a life of self-sufficiency.
