Prior to these roles, Malwina worked as a Sales Manager at New Look, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations and employee management. Malwina's previous experience also includes a position as Project Coordinator at Samec Trust, focusing on project management and resource allocation, as well as a Marketing Communications Officer role, enhancing the organization's reputation through strategic communication. Early career experience includes a public relations work placement at Barner Bookstore, where Malwina organized PR campaigns and events. Malwina holds a Master Class in Management and a degree in Advertising, Public Relations & Media from Middlesex University.
