Michiel Janssen

Michiel Janssen is an experienced HR and IT professional currently serving as the Global Director of HR Operations and Services at Envalior since June 2023, focusing on the establishment of standalone HR Operations and Services in a new joint venture. Previously, Michiel held various leadership roles, including Head of HR Process & Systems at ARLANXEO, where implementation of SAP SuccessFactors was a key achievement. Ownership of an independent consulting firm focused on interim management and change consultancy was maintained from May 2017 to December 2022. Additional experience includes project management at OTTO Work Force and IT management at Obvion. Michiel's career also encompasses significant roles at DLL, where strategic frameworks for HR Shared Services and IT Supplier Management were developed. Educational qualifications were obtained from RWTH Aachen from 1989 to 1996.
