Tejas Thete is a Senior Engineer Maintenance and Product Owner for Digitalization at Envalior since April 2023, focusing on plant maintenance and small CAPEX projects while managing the digitalization program for performance business. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Owner for Digitalization at DSM from January 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed the digitalization of process changeovers, capturing operational requirements, and optimizing workflows. Tejas held various roles at DSM, including Senior Maintenance Engineer and Manager Project Management, managing project installations and plant maintenance. Tejas began a career as a Management Trainee at DSM with foundational training in operations and lean manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RTM Nagpur University. Tejas was also an OWY 2022 Ambassador for One Young World.
