Tony Padden

Tony Padden is an experienced engineering professional specializing in the application and development of high-performance materials, particularly in the realm of plastic gears and gear trains. Currently serving as Stanyl Technical Application Manager NA at both Envalior and DSM Engineering Materials since April and September 2022 respectively, Tony focuses on driving growth in innovative market spaces. Additionally, Tony has held the role of Application Development Engineer at DSM Engineering Plastics since June 2005, concentrating on gear design and problem-solving for plastic gears. Prior experience includes working as Program Manager and Project Engineer at United Plastics Group from September 1993 to June 2005, and as Quality Engineer at Cloyes Gear from 1988 to 1991.
