Prabhas Panigrahi

Prabhas (PR) Panigrahi is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the finance and energy sectors. As Board Co-Lead at Envana Software Solutions, Panigrahi brings leadership expertise from previous roles as Managing Director and Head of Energy and Decarbonization Investments at Siguler Guff & Company, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NRG Worldwide LLC. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at MHR Fund Management LLC and Senior Vice President and Director of Energy Research at Commerzbank AG. Panigrahi holds an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Engineering from Texas A&M University, where induction into Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honors Society, was also achieved.
