Alyssa Rusciano

Alyssa Rusciano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2020 onwards, they worked at Envato, where they held the roles of People Advisory Director and Senior People Business Partner - Global. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing key initiatives and focusing on global foundations, growth, and alignment within the company.

Prior to their time at Envato, Alyssa worked at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers from 2011 to 2020. Here they held the roles of National People and Culture Manager, People and Culture Business Partner, Acting People and Culture Manager NSW/ACT, People and Culture Consultant, and National HR Coordinator. In these positions, they played a vital role in developing and implementing people strategies, supporting national business units, and managing various aspects of talent, performance, employee experience, change management, growth, and safety.

Before that, Alyssa worked at MaxCap Group as an Executive Assistant / Receptionist from 2007 to 2011, and at Cornwalls as a Human Resources Intern in 2010.

Alyssa Rusciano completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology between 2008 and 2010.
