Carlos Díaz de León Z

Carlos Díaz de León Z is an accomplished professional in user experience research, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Envato since September 2021 and as a User Experience Researcher at Lupa - Human Centered Lab since July 2017. With a strong background in academia, Carlos also works as a Visiting Lecturer at Universidad de Guadalajara, teaching Human Factors in Computing to master's students. Previous experience includes roles at Billpocket, Coppel SA de CV, and involvement in a collaborative project with the University of Nottingham focused on service design in healthcare. Carlos holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design, supplemented by a Lean UX certification from Wizeline Academy.
