Meztli Mar

Meztli Mar currently serves as Video Mockups Art Lead and Motion Graphics Designer at Envato since February 2021. Previous experience includes a teaching role in the Narrative course for the Animation and Digital Post-production Master's degree at UNIAT from September 2020 to July 2022. At Orange Planet Labs from February 2017 to February 2021, Meztli coordinated various projects from preproduction to postproduction, overseeing live action commercials, documentaries, animations, and live streaming. Additional roles include Arch Viz Artist and Motion Graphics at EurochainSport, VFX Artist at Grupo Axis, and Video Editor for a campaign at Consejo de la Comunicación. Early career highlights include work as a cinematographer for the Caníbales del subterráneo videoclip and as an art department assistant for the short film El Mago, which won the Tapalpa Explota 2009 Film Festival. Meztli Mar holds a Licentiate degree in Film & Animation from UNIAT and a Diploma in Art Direction from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
