Tessa Vale

Tessa Vale is an experienced marketing professional specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) with a proven track record in driving engagement and retention through strategic campaigns. Currently serving as CRM Lifecycle Manager at Envato since August 2025, Tessa previously held the position of Marketing Manager, CRM at Linktree, where contributions included the successful launch of Linktree Shops and enhancing platform engagement through data insights. As a founding member of Linktree's CRM team, Tessa excelled in developing high-performing CRM campaigns. Prior experience includes roles at Food Matters International, where Tessa progressed from Marketing and Affiliate Coordinator to Head of Marketing, and positions at Pride Advice and Traffika. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Japanese from the University of the Sunshine Coast and participated in an Intensive Japanese Program at Doshisha University.
