Abhi Juwa

Abhi Juwa has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as a Student Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they supervised employees and suggested improvements to dining services. They then worked as an IT Analyst at Diversey Inc. In 2009, they joined the University of Wisconsin Stout as a Helpdesk Technician, providing technical support to faculty and students.

Following this, Abhi joined Virteva as a Managed Services Analyst, where they implemented, troubleshooted, and managed computing infrastructures for business customers. They also applied ITIL principles and resolved system malfunctions.

Abhi then worked at Adesys as an IT Consultant, performing technical assessments and configuring hardware and servers. They later joined Dataprise as a Network Consultant, providing on-site network management and support for customers in the DC metro area.

In 2014, Abhi became a Remediation Engineer at Dataprise, taking ownership of providing remote remediation for client systems and reducing ticketing volume. They also served as a Team Lead - Support Services, documenting processes and providing technical sales support.

From 2019 to 2020, Abhi worked as a Managing Engineer at Hilltop Consultants, where they successfully managed 35 law firm accounts and played an active role in designing and implementing IT infrastructures.

Most recently, Abhi joined Enveil as an Information Technology Lead in 2022.

Abhi Juwa earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), ITIL V3, and MCSA: Windows Server 2012. Most recently, Abhi has completed certifications in Incident Response Planning and macOS for IT Administrators from LinkedIn.
