Rebecca Charlton

Rebecca Charlton has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca'smost recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at Envelop Risk, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Capita as the Head of Human Resources from December 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Capita, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Eversheds Sutherland from October 2018 to August 2019. Rebecca also held the role of HR Business Partner at Royal London Asset Management from September 2017 to September 2018. Rebecca'searlier experience includes various roles at Northern Trust Corporation, including HR Business Partner, HR M&A Project Manager, EMEA Learning & Development Consultant, and HR Graduate Scheme from 2010 to 2017.

Rebecca Charlton’s education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
